The Campus development comprised of Ten (10) state of the art warehouse distribution facilities totaling 716,000 square feet, in addition to 4.14 acres of entitled retail/office land. The Property is approximately 54 Acres, which Orbis acquired on July 21st, 2016. Through jointly working with the City of Eastvale to obtain an agreement of development approvals, Orbis successfully entitled and developed the Property. The development was completed in several phases and sold off between 2018 and 2020.
